Services
Interior Haven provides interior design services including but not limited to residential design, commercial space planning, color consultation, and project management. All services are subject to availability and our professional discretion.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to project sites. Clients must also ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for any construction or renovation work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. We require a deposit before beginning work, with remaining payments due according to project milestones.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, and materials created by Interior Haven remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients receive a license to use the designs for their specific project.
Limitation of Liability
Interior Haven's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties, permit delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
